Michael’s Son Keith Brooker BSc (Hons) is Crowborough born and bred and has worked for over 15 years in the business. Not only do we have two Brookers we also now have two Karens! Karen Cheese has been with the firm for over 15 years and also lives in Crowborough. Karen Edwards has 30 years Estate Agency experience and again is a Crowborough resident.

Crowborough is situated 240 metres/800 ft above sea level. Crowborough is a small busy town seven miles south of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Crowborough is situated in the midst of the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty which takes in the eastern edge of the Ashdown Forest with its 6,500 acres. The Crowborough mainline train service to London Bridge takes 60 minutes and frequent train services from Royal Tunbridge Wells to London Bridge and Charing Cross 45 minutes. Gatwick Airport is 25 miles distant and the South coast of Brighton and Eastbourne both 25 mile distant. There is a statue at Crowborough Cross of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the celebrated author of Sherlock Holmes who lived in Crowborough from 1907 until his death in 1930. Crowborough has its own Cottage Hospital and numerous supermarkets including Waitrose, Morrisons and Lidl. Crowborough is well served for schooling with 5 Primary Schools and its own Beacon Academy Secondary School.
